Editor's Notes

Note from outgoing editor

As of October 31st, I am no longer the Editor-in-Chief of the NZ Journal of Human Resource Management. It has been a privilege to serve in this capacity following a stint as Associate Editor when Dr Paul Toulson was at the helm.

An academically-oriented outlet such as NZJHRM is a robust counterpoint to the practitioner-oriented Human Resources magazine that is also brought out by HRINZ.

HRINZ must be one of the few professional associations in NZ that has such a dual thrust in its portfolio of publications, one that should continue to be maintained.

I wish the the journal and the incoming editor Associate Professor Jarrod Haar the very best for the future.
