POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY AT WORK: FLOURISHING WORK, WORKPLACES AND FUTURES

SPECIAL GUEST EDITOR: PROFESSOR FRED LUTHANS

With the World Congress on Positive Psychology and the New Zealand Positive Psychology Conference being held this year, the NZJHRM is running a special edition aimed at emphasising the growth and centrality of positive psychology at work.

In support of growing the field of positive psychology in New Zealand, we are also delighted to announce that this special issue will be edited by Professor Fred Luthans; an internationally renowned pioneer in the field of positive psychology at work. 

Researchers are encouraged to submit articles associated with themes related to positive workplaces, positive psychology at work and/or workplace wellbeing. Papers from all parts of the world are invited, with those directly related to the New Zealand workplace context being particularly welcome.
